Realms and Roads (realmsandroads.com) is a personal creative writing platform operated by Fidel Namisi. This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules that apply to anyone who accesses the site, subscribes to content, or interacts with any part of the platform.

By using this site or subscribing, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What This Platform Is

Realms and Roads offers free and subscription-based access to original fiction — novels, serialised stories, and audio narrations — written by Fidel Namisi. Subscriptions are processed via Paystack. There is no marketplace, no user-generated content, and no interaction between subscribers.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Realms and Roads to:

• Read free and subscriber-only fiction content
• Stream subscriber audio content during an active subscription
• Manage your subscription and account via the account portal
• Contact the creator with feedback or questions

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use Realms and Roads to:

• Reproduce or redistribute content. All stories, audio, and written content on this site are the intellectual property of Fidel Namisi. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content without express written permission.
• Share access. Subscriber accounts and magic link sign-in emails are for personal use only. You may not share your access link or account with others.
• Circumvent access controls. You may not attempt to access subscriber content without a valid active subscription, or attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or interfere with any part of the platform.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes. You may not use this platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Harass or harm others. You may not use contact channels provided on the site to harass, threaten, or harm other people.
• Use automated systems without permission. You may not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access, index, or extract content from the site.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription payments are processed securely by Paystack. Realms and Roads does not store your payment card details. By subscribing, you also agree to Paystack's Terms of Service.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact fidel@realmsandroads.com with any billing concerns.

6. Privacy and Data

The only personal information collected from subscribers is an email address, used solely to send sign-in links, subscription confirmations, and account notifications. No data is sold or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to process payments via Paystack.

7. Content Standards

All content published on Realms and Roads is original fiction intended for a general adult audience. Content may include themes of conflict, morality, violence, and romance in a literary context. It does not include explicit sexual content, content targeting minors, or material designed to incite hatred or harm.

8. Enforcement

Realms and Roads reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any subscriber who violates this policy, without refund, at its sole discretion.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Significant changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.
